La Molisana Spaghetti N°15 is a premium Italian wholewheat pasta crafted using durum wheat semolina and extruded through traditional bronze dies to create a textured, sauce-absorbing surface.

Brand Heritage & Ownership

Founded in 1912 in Campobasso, in the Molise region of southern Italy, La Molisana began as an artisanal pasta workshop. Over more than a century, it grew into one of Italy's prominent pasta makers. In 2011, the brand and its historic pasta factory were acquired by the Ferro Group (Gruppo Ferro), a family-owned Italian milling enterprise with deep roots in milling going back to 1910. Under the Ferro family's stewardship, La Molisana operates an integrated supply chain from grain milling to pasta extrusion.

Manufacturing

The pasta is proudly produced in Italy at La Molisana's manufacturing facilities in Campobasso, Molise, using high-protein durum wheat and pure local mountain spring water.
