Rhode is a high-growth lifestyle beauty brand founded by model and entrepreneur Hailey Rhode Bieber in 2022. The brand was built around Bieber's personal skincare philosophy of 'one of everything really good,' focusing on curated essentials that nourish the skin barrier and achieve her signature 'glazed donut' aesthetic. Since its debut, the brand has expanded from its initial three products—the Peptide Glazing Fluid, Barrier Restore Cream, and Peptide Lip Treatment—into a broader range of cosmetics and hybrid makeup essentials.

In a landmark deal in May 2025, Rhode was acquired by e.l.f. Beauty, Inc. for approximately $1 billion. This acquisition integrated Rhode into a diverse portfolio alongside other major disruptors like e.l.f. Cosmetics and Naturium. Despite the change in ownership, Hailey Bieber remains a central figure as the brand's Founder and Chief Creative Officer, leading innovation and creative direction from the brand's Los Angeles-based headquarters. Manufacturing primarily takes place in the United States, utilizing science-backed formulations developed in partnership with leading dermatologists and chemists.
