Today, KitKat is produced in numerous factories worldwide, with major production hubs in the UK, Germany, Bulgaria, and the United Arab Emirates for various regional markets. Interestingly, while Nestlé owns the brand globally, it is produced under license by The Hershey Company in the United States due to a pre-existing agreement dating back to 1970.
