La Molisana is a premium Italian pasta brand that represents the culinary heritage of the Molise region. Founded in 1912 in Campobasso, the brand has built a reputation for high-quality pasta made from 100% Italian durum wheat. The product shown, Fusilli N°28, is bronze-die extruded (trafilata al bronzo), a traditional method that creates a rougher surface to better hold sauces.

Since 2011, the brand has been under the stewardship of the Ferro family, veteran millers with a history dating back over a century. This vertical integration allows the company to control the entire supply chain, from the selection of the wheat to the milling and final pasta production. The manufacturing remains centered in its historical home of Campobasso, Italy, utilizing the pure air and water of the region to maintain its artisanal standards.
