Hacendado Leche Entera is the private-label whole milk of Mercadona, Spain's leading supermarket chain. The brand Hacendado was launched in 1996 as part of Mercadona's strategy to provide high-quality essential goods at competitive prices. The milk is 100% of Spanish origin, sourced from over 3,000 national dairy farmers.

Manufacturing is distributed across several regional dairy specialists to ensure local supply and freshness. Key producers include COVAP in Andalusia, Naturleite in Galicia, Làctia in Catalonia, Lactiber in Castile and León, Iparlat in the Basque Country and Cantabria, and Lactazor in Murcia. This decentralized production model allows the product to maintain a lower carbon footprint while supporting the local Spanish agricultural sector. Ownership rests entirely with Mercadona S.A., a family-owned Spanish company headquartered in Valencia, led by Juan Roig.
