Rummo is a historic Italian pasta manufacturer founded in 1846 by Antonio Rummo in Benevento, Italy. The brand is renowned for its 'Lenta Lavorazione' (Slow Processing) method, which focuses on a traditional, slow extrusion process and high-quality durum wheat to ensure the pasta retains its shape and texture ('al dente') even after cooking.
Today, Rummo S.p.A. remains a family-owned business headquartered in its original city of Benevento. While it has expanded significantly across international markets, it maintains its manufacturing operations strictly within Italy to preserve the traditional standards of Italian pasta making.
