The production for the Swedish market is primarily centered at their modern factory in Angered, outside of Gothenburg. This ensure local manufacturing and distribution within the Nordic region. Since 2012, Estrella has been part of Intersnack Group, a major European snack manufacturer based in Germany, which acquired the brand to strengthen its presence in Northern Europe.
