Crema Novi hazelnut spread

Crema Novi is a premium hazelnut spread produced by the Italian chocolate manufacturer Novi. It is widely recognized for its high concentration of hazelnuts (45%), which are exclusively sourced from Italy. Unlike many other spreads in its category, it does not contain added fats other than those naturally occurring in the hazelnuts and cocoa, specifically avoiding palm oil.

The brand Novi was established in 1903 in Novi Ligure, Piedmont, a region famous for its chocolate-making tradition. Today, the brand remains a symbol of Italian confectionery excellence under the ownership of the Elah Dufour Group, which has preserved the brand's heritage while expanding its footprint in the international market.
