Ecover Non Bio Laundry Detergent

Ecover is a pioneering brand in the ecological cleaning market, originally founded in 1979 in Malle, Belgium. The company was among the first to introduce phosphate-free laundry detergents, aiming to reduce the environmental impact of household cleaning. Over the decades, it has become one of the most recognized eco-friendly brands in Europe.

In 2012, Ecover was acquired by the American company Method, forming a joint entity focused on sustainable cleaning solutions. This combined company was subsequently acquired in 2017 by S.C. Johnson & Son, a global leader in household consumer goods. Today, while Ecover maintains its Belgian roots and operates its flagship ecological factory in Malle, it is managed as part of S.C. Johnson's international portfolio of lifestyle brands.
