Crema Novi is a premium Italian chocolate and hazelnut spread produced by the Novi brand, which was founded in 1903 in Novi Ligure, Italy. The product is distinguished by its high content of Italian hazelnuts (45%) and its recipe that excludes palm oil and hydrogenated fats, relying instead on the natural oils from the hazelnuts and cocoa butter.

The brand is part of the Elah Dufour Novi group, a major Italian confectionery company formed in 1982 by entrepreneur Flavio Repetto. The group operates three main manufacturing facilities located in Novi Ligure (Alessandria), Bra (Cuneo), and Sassello (Savona). As of 2026, the company remains under the ownership of the Repetto family, continuing its tradition of producing high-quality Italian sweets while maintaining a strong focus on authentic ingredients and regional heritage.
