Aquafresh is a long-standing personal care brand that gained fame for its iconic striped toothpaste, which was originally introduced to signify fresh breath, white teeth, and healthy gums. Today, the brand's product line has expanded into daily oral hygiene solutions including mouthwashes and toothbrushes.

The brand was originally developed by Beecham Group in the United Kingdom in 1973. Through various corporate mergers and spin-offs, it eventually became part of the GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) consumer healthcare portfolio.

In 2022, GSK spun off its consumer healthcare division into a new independent entity named Haleon. Consequently, Aquafresh is now owned and managed by Haleon, a global leader in consumer health headquartered in Weybridge, United Kingdom. Manufacturing of Aquafresh products occurs in several specialized facilities across Europe and other regions to serve international markets.
