Duracell is a globally recognized American brand specialized in energy storage and battery manufacturing. Known for its iconic copper-top batteries and the Duracell Bunny mascot, the brand has been a leader in alkaline battery technology for decades.

Originally founded in the 1920s by Samuel Ruben and Philip Rogers Mallory, the brand grew under the P.R. Mallory Company. After several ownership changes throughout the 20th century—including acquisition by Kraft in 1978, a leveraged buyout by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts in 1988, and its purchase by Gillette in 1996—it became part of Procter & Gamble in 2005.
