Imerco is Denmark's leading retail chain and private-label brand specializing in kitchenware, tableware, and interior home decor. Founded in 1928 by a group of independent hardware merchants (isenkræmmere), Imerco has grown into an iconic household name with retail stores across Denmark alongside an extensive e-commerce presence.

While Imerco retails renowned third-party Danish and international design brands, it also manufactures and markets private-label goods (such as Imerco Home and related in-house brands). These private-label items are sourced from a global supply network, primarily produced across various partner factories in Europe and Asia.

The chain and brand are owned by Imerco Holding A/S, which is majority-owned and controlled by the Danish private investment company Mikael Goldschmidt Holding A/S. All corporate operations, merchandising, and brand strategies remain anchored in Denmark.
