Odlo Thermal Base Layer / Functional Underwear

Odlo is a premium sportswear and functional clothing brand founded in 1946 by Odd Roar Lofterød Senior in Oslo, Norway. Known for pioneering high-performance synthetic thermal underwear, the brand initially specialized in training apparel for athletes and speed skaters.

In 1986, Odlo relocated its headquarters to Hünenberg, Switzerland, where its main design and administrative operations have since resided. In May 2020, Odlo was acquired by the private investment firm Monte Rosa Sports Holding AG (headquartered in Switzerland), which also owns other sports and outdoor lifestyle brands such as Henri-Lloyd and Janus.

Odlo manufactures its performance sportswear across multiple international manufacturing hubs, operating dedicated production facilities in Europe (notably in Portugal and Romania) as well as sourcing from trusted partner factories across Asia.
