Inedit Damm is a distinctive gastronomic craft-style beer created in 2008 by the master brewers of Damm in collaboration with world-renowned chef Ferran Adrià and the sommelier team of the acclaimed restaurant elBulli. Designed specifically to pair with modern fine dining and complex culinary flavors, Inedit blends traditional malted barley with unmalted wheat, coriander, orange peel, and liquorice, resulting in a complex and aromatic witbier/wheat beer hybrid.

The beer is brewed and bottled exclusively in Spain at S.A. Damm's historic production facilities located in El Prat de Llobregat near Barcelona, Catalonia. The company maintains rigorous brewing standards, using Mediterranean ingredients to ensure consistency for its international distribution network.

Inedit belongs to S.A. Damm, one of Spain's leading independent brewing conglomerates, originally founded in Barcelona in 1876 by Alsatian brewmasters August Kuentzmann Damm and Joseph Damm.
