Lustucru Sélection Fresh Pasta

Lustucru is an iconic French brand of pasta created in Grenoble, France, originally established by the Cartier-Millon family in 1871 and taking the name 'Lustucru' in 1911.

In 2002, the Lustucru brand was divided between two separate corporate owners: the dry pasta business ('Lustucru Rivoire & Carret', later owned by Ebro Foods and subsequently acquired by Pastacorp) and the fresh pasta line ('Lustucru Sélection').

This product belongs to the 'Lustucru Sélection' line (fresh egg pasta), which is owned by the Spanish food conglomerate Ebro Foods through its French fresh products branch (formerly Panzani / Lustucru Frais). The fresh pasta products are primarily manufactured at dedicated production facilities in France.
