TTEC (formerly known as TeleTech Holdings, Inc.) is a global customer experience (CX) technology and services company that designs, builds, and operates digital customer experiences for brands worldwide. Established in 1982 by Ken Tuchman, the company has grown from an early telemarketing pioneer into a prominent provider of end-to-end digital CX solutions, business process outsourcing (BPO), customer management consulting, and contact center technology infrastructure.

Note that in consumer retail and electronics, there is an unrelated Turkish consumer electronics and mobile accessories brand named ttec (owned by Tesan İletişim A.Ş. based in Istanbul, Turkey). In the United States corporate, enterprise, and B2B technology space, the TTEC brand refers to TTEC Holdings, Inc.
