Teka C 6420 Inox Range Hood

The Teka C 6420 Inox is a conventional kitchen extractor hood produced by Teka, a leading multinational manufacturer of built-in kitchen appliances and sinks.

Teka traces its roots back to 1924 in Germany, founded by Karl Thielmann, initially specializing in agricultural machinery before shifting focus towards stainless steel kitchen equipment. Over the decades, Teka expanded across Europe and internationally, establishing a significant industrial presence in the Iberian Peninsula, notably in Spain and Portugal (with major plants in Ílhavo, Portugal).

In recent years, the Teka Group underwent corporate restructuring, separating into Heritage B and Teka Group, and in 2024 it entered an agreement to be acquired by Midea Group, a multinational appliance manufacturing giant headquartered in Foshan, Guangdong, China. Teka maintains localized manufacturing and distribution subsidiaries, such as Teka Portugal, S.A., which handles distribution and assembly in Portugal.
