Kelly's Microwave Popcorn is a staple snack item across Austria, famous for its American-style popcorn experience created right at home. The Kelly brand was established in Austria in 1965 by American entrepreneur Howard Morse Kelly together with Austrian partner Herbert Rast, bringing American-style potato chips and salty snacks to the Austrian domestic market.

Over the decades, Kelly's grew to become the leading snack producer in Austria, operating its main production facilities in Vienna and Feldbach (Styria). In 2008, Kelly's became fully integrated into the German savory snack giant Intersnack Group, which remains its ultimate parent company today.
