Yoki Farinha de Milho Amarela

Yoki Farinha de Milho Amarela (yellow corn flour/corn flakes) is a staple Brazilian food product widely used to make traditional dishes such as farofa, couscous paulista, and various baked items.

Yoki was founded in São Paulo, Brazil, in the late 1980s by Japanese-Brazilian entrepreneur Yoshizo Kitano, who created the name as an acronym of his own name. The brand quickly grew into one of Brazil's foremost producers of packaged staples, seasonings, popcorn, and side dishes.

In 2012, multinational food corporation General Mills acquired Yoki Alimentos, expanding its global footprint in Latin America. Today, Yoki products sold in Brazil and imported across the world, including the United States, are manufactured primarily in Brazil under General Mills' ownership.
