Floraline Tapioca and Wheat Semolina

Floraline is an iconic French culinary preparation combining durum wheat semolina and tapioca, created in 1932 by the milling company Grands Moulins de Paris.

Over the decades, Floraline became a beloved pantry staple across French households, known for its smooth texture and versatility in sweet desserts, broths, and savoury gratin dishes. The brand was historically managed by Rivoire & Carret and later Lustucru.

Today, Floraline is owned by the French cereal and pasta group Pastacorp, which also oversees well-known traditional dry pasta brands such as Lustucru (Rivoire & Carret - Lustucru). Production continues in France using durum wheat and cassava tapioca.
