HomeID app

HomeID is a smart connected ecosystem and recipe application originally developed to complement Philips domestic kitchen and home appliances (previously known as the NutriU and Philips Kitchen+ app).

Conceived in the Netherlands under Royal Philips, the platform became part of Versuni following the carve-out and sale of Philips' Domestic Appliances business to global private equity firm Hillhouse Capital in 2021. In 2023, the domestic appliances division was officially rebranded as Versuni, and the digital companion app was rebranded to HomeID to serve as an all-in-one smart home hub.

Today, HomeID is maintained and distributed digitally across global mobile app platforms by Versuni Holding B.V., operating under the ultimate ownership of Hillhouse Investment (headquartered in Singapore).
