The product is crafted using 100% Italian sheep milk, specifically sourced from local Sardinian pastures, maintaining traditional methods that have been passed down since the company's founding in the early 20th century.

Today, Pinna remains an independent, family-owned enterprise headquartered in Thiesi, Sardinia.
