Moto Morini is a legendary Italian motorcycle brand founded in 1937 by Alfonso Morini in Bologna. Historically celebrated for its high-performance engines and innovative designs, the brand became a symbol of Italian engineering excellence throughout the 20th century.

Following a period of financial instability, the brand was acquired in 2018 by the Zhongneng Vehicle Group. Since then, while the design and engineering centers remain in Trivolzio (Pavia), Italy, the mass manufacturing and financial support are headquartered in China. This partnership has allowed the brand to modernize its lineup and reach a global market while maintaining its Italian aesthetic roots.

Today, Moto Morini continues to produce mid-to-large displacement motorcycles, combining European heritage with the manufacturing scale of its parent company, ensuring the brand's survival and growth into the 2020s and beyond.
