Zoller Hof beer

Zoller Hof (formally Brauerei Zoller-Hof Graf-Fleischhut GmbH & Co. KG) is a traditional German brewery based in Sigmaringen, Baden-Württemberg. Founded in 1845 by Carl Fidelis Graf, the brewery has remained a family-owned enterprise for over six generations. It is well-known for its commitment to the German Purity Law (Reinheitsgebot), utilizing regional ingredients such as hops from Tettnang and Hallertau.

The brewery is a significant regional player and gained international historical notoriety because Frederick Miller, who later founded the Miller Brewing Company in the United States, learned his brewing trade as a master brewer at Zoller-Hof in the mid-19th century. Today, the company continues to produce a wide range of traditional lagers, wheat beers, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining its independence under the leadership of the founding family's descendants.
