SENNHEISER Accentum is a premium line of consumer audio products, including over-ear wireless headphones and true wireless earbuds, designed to bridge the gap between entry-level audio and the flagship Momentum series. While the Sennheiser brand has deep roots in German engineering, the Accentum line reflects a global manufacturing strategy. The core high-fidelity transducers (drivers) are often manufactured at the company's long-standing facility in Tullamore, Ireland, which has been a hub for Sennheiser loudspeaker production since 1990. However, final assembly and the production of the outer components typically take place in China to ensure competitive pricing for the consumer market.

In a significant shift for the brand, the Sennheiser family company sold its Consumer Electronics division to the Swiss hearing health giant Sonova Holding AG in 2022. This transition allowed the original Sennheiser Group to focus exclusively on professional audio, while Sonova took over the permanent license for consumer headphones. As of early 2026, Sonova manages the Accentum brand as part of its 'Consumer Hearing' segment, though the products continue to carry the heritage of German acoustic research and developmental design from the company's headquarters in Wedemark, Germany.
