While the Griffin's company has seen several owners over the decades—including global giants like Nabisco, Danone, and Universal Robina—it was fully acquired in 2021 by the Intersnack Group. Intersnack, a German-based multinational, now serves as the ultimate owner. Today, Toffeepops continue to be manufactured in New Zealand, maintaining their status as a classic 'Kiwi' snack even under international ownership.
