Casali Chocolate Bananas

Casali, established in 1792 by Joseph Casali in Trieste, Italy, began as a producer of spirits and liqueurs, gaining popularity throughout the Austro-Hungarian Empire. In 1811, the company relocated to Vienna, Austria, where it expanded its product line to include confectionery items such as chocolate bananas and other sweets. In 1970, Casali was acquired by Manner, Austria's leading confectionery manufacturer, further solidifying its presence in the market.
