The vineyards are situated on the island of Sant'Antioco, where traditional bush-trained vines thrive in sandy soils under a maritime climate. The cooperative emphasizes sustainable viticulture, with grapes harvested from 60–70-year-old, low-yielding vines to ensure high-quality production. The wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by maturation in cement vats, and is aged for an additional three months in the bottle before release.
