Netto Marken-Discount Cashew Kerne

These cashew kernels are a private-label product offered by Netto Marken-Discount, a major German discount supermarket chain. As a raw agricultural product, the cashews are typically sourced from global growing regions such as Vietnam, India, or Ivory Coast, and then processed and packaged for the German market.

Netto Marken-Discount, headquartered in Maxhütte-Haidhof, Bavaria, was originally founded in 1928 as a food wholesaler. It evolved into a discount retailer in the 1980s and has since become one of Germany's largest discounters. Today, it is a subsidiary of the Edeka Group, the largest supermarket cooperative in Germany, which provides the brand with extensive distribution and supply chain resources across the country.
