Choice Bio-Schwarztee Cacao soft drink

Choice is a premium organic tea brand originally founded in 1989 in Seattle, Washington, by Blake Rankin. Known as the first exclusively organic tea line in the United States, it established a reputation for sourcing high-quality ingredients from organic and Fair Trade certified plantations globally.

In 2019, the brand was acquired by the East West Tea Company, the parent organization of the well-known Yogi Tea brand. Following the acquisition, Choice's North American operations and manufacturing were moved from Seattle to Eugene, Oregon. For the European market, the brand is managed by YOGI TEA GmbH, headquartered in Hamburg, Germany. While the tea leaves for this specific Cacao blend are primarily sourced from Rwanda (sorwathe estate), the final processing and packaging occur in regional facilities in the United States, Germany, or Italy depending on the target market.
