Compliments Dark Chocolate Chips

Compliments Dark Chocolate Chips are a private label baking staple primarily designed for home baking and desserts. The packaging explicitly bears the Canadian maple leaf badge stating 'Made in Canada from domestic and imported ingredients'.

Compliments is the flagship private label store brand developed by Sobeys Inc., one of Canada's leading grocery retailers. Sobeys is wholly owned by Empire Company Limited, a prominent Canadian food retailing and real estate company based in Stellarton, Nova Scotia.

While found occasionally in specialty international import aisles or online shops catering to expatriates in the United Kingdom, Compliments remains an exclusively Canadian-developed supermarket brand owned and distributed by Empire Company Limited through Sobeys networks.
