Maped Black'Peps 0.7 HB Mechanical Pencil Lead Refills

Maped Black'Peps Mechanical Pencil Lead Refills are high-polymer graphite leads designed for smooth writing and drawing with 0.7 mm mechanical pencils.

The brand was founded in Annecy, France, in 1947 under the name Manufacture d'Articles de Précision Et de Dessin (Maped), originally specializing in drafting brass compasses before expanding into a wide array of school and office supplies.

Maped remains an independent, family-owned French multinational company headquartered in Argonay, France, led by the Lacroix family. While design, engineering, and certain manufacturing processes take place in France, many consumer stationery items such as these lead refills are produced in Maped's manufacturing facilities in China.
