Fashion Days is a major online fashion retailer founded in 2009 by Swiss entrepreneurs Jan Valerius and Markus Okumus. Initially established as an exclusive shopping club in Central and Eastern Europe, the platform rapidly expanded across markets including Romania, Bulgaria, and Hungary.

In 2011, multinational media and e-commerce group Naspers acquired a majority stake in Fashion Days. By 2015, the operations of Fashion Days were integrated into eMAG, the dominant e-commerce ecosystem in the region, which is also backed and controlled by Prosus N.V. (the international internet assets division spun off from Naspers).

Because Fashion Days acts primarily as a distributor and retail platform for thousands of global fashion and apparel brands rather than a single manufacturing facility, the garments and accessories sold through the platform are manufactured across multiple countries globally.
