Smeg Mini Kettle

Smeg is an iconic Italian manufacturer of upmarket domestic appliances, renowned globally for its distinct 1950s retro-style design aesthetic.

Founded in 1948 by Vittorio Bertazzoni in Guastalla, near Reggio Emilia in Northern Italy, the company name SMEG is an acronym for Smalterie Metallurgiche Emiliane Guastalla. The company continues to be privately owned by the Bertazzoni family through Smeg S.p.A.

While Smeg manufactures large major domestic appliances (such as ovens, cookers, and refrigerators) primarily in Italy, its line of small domestic appliances, including electric kettles and toasters, is designed and engineered in Italy and manufactured in China.
