Brillante is one of the most prominent packaged rice brands in Spain, well known for pioneering parboiled "never overcooks" (no se pasa) rice as well as convenient microwaveable rice cups and meal bases.

The brand was introduced in Spain by Herba Nutrición (historically part of Herba / Arrocerías Herba). Today, Herba Ricemills is the rice division of Ebro Foods, S.A., a Spanish multinational food giant headquartered in Madrid and recognized as one of the world's largest rice producers and processors.
