Ybarra Salsa Gottan is a special burger sauce created in collaboration with the burger festival 'The Champions Burger' and Gottan Grill. It is produced by Grupo Ybarra Alimentación.

Ybarra has deep roots in Seville, Spain, tracing its history back to 1842 when José María Ybarra founded the company initially focused on high-quality olive oil. Over decades, it expanded into mayonnaises, sauces, and preserved vegetables.

Today, the brand operates under Grupo Ybarra Alimentación S.L., which is a joint venture (50/50 partnership) between the Ybarra family (Hijos de Ybarra) and the Spanish food group Migasa (Miguel Gallego S.A.). The sauces are manufactured in Spain, primarily at Ybarra's modern production facility in Dos Hermanas, Seville.
