Felix Mango Curry Sås

Felix Mango Curry Sås is a popular cold sauce made with mango, curry, ginger, and free-range egg yolks, widely used in Sweden for chicken, salads, and grilled dishes.

The Felix brand traces its origins back to 1939 in Eslöv, Sweden, when Herbert Felix established the company to produce pickled preserves and condiments. Over the decades, Felix evolved into one of Sweden's most recognized food household names, producing ketchup, dressings, ready meals, and canned vegetables.

Today, the Felix brand is owned by the Norwegian consumer goods conglomerate Orkla ASA through its Swedish division, Orkla Foods Sverige AB. The sauce is cooked and bottled in Sweden (specifically at Orkla's plant in Fågelmara, Blekinge).
