Deerberg is a German lifestyle brand founded in 1986 by Gaby and Stefan Deerberg. Starting as an eco-conscious mail-order business, the company focused on comfortable, durable, and colorful fashion made from natural materials like organic cotton, linen, and sustainable wool. The brand became widely known for its commitment to slow fashion and European manufacturing.

Following a period of financial restructuring in late 2022, the brand was acquired by the HR Group in early 2023. Under this new ownership, Deerberg continues to operate as a specialized retailer for natural textiles and high-quality footwear, maintaining its core values of sustainability and longevity. While the brand has increased its digital presence, its heritage remains deeply rooted in the Lüneburg Heath region of Germany.

The manufacturing philosophy of Deerberg emphasizes European production sites to minimize carbon footprints and ensure fair labor standards.
