Saracen Mineral Holdings Limited was an Australian gold mining company that specialized in the exploration, extraction, and processing of gold. Founded in 1987 and headquartered in Perth, Western Australia, the company grew into one of the region's premier gold producers through its key operations at Carosue Dam and Thunderbox, as well as its strategic 50% stake in the Kalgoorlie Super Pit (KCGM).
