Vinea Červená grape soft drink

Vinea is an iconic carbonated soft drink based on grape juice, originally created in Czechoslovakia in 1973. It was developed by a team of researchers at the Research Institute for Viticulture and Enology in Bratislava, led by Ján Farkaš. The beverage was initially produced by the Pezinok winery to utilize surplus grape production.

Today, the brand is owned and manufactured by Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s., one of the leading beverage producers in Central Europe. The product visible in the image is the 'Červená' (Red) variety, known for its high content of natural grape juice without added preservatives. It remains a staple of Slovak and Czech beverage culture, produced primarily in Rajecká Lesná, Slovakia.
