While the brand remains deeply Greek in identity and manufacturing, it underwent a significant ownership change in 2018. It is currently majority-owned by a partnership between the Morgan Stanley North Haven Private Equity Asia fund and the Chinese company Profex Inc. Profex specializes in the distribution and promotion of medical skin care products in the Asian market, particularly China.
