El Ganso is a Spanish fashion brand founded in 2004 by brothers Álvaro and Clemente Cebrián. In 2015, L Capital, a private equity fund associated with LVMH, acquired a 49% stake in El Ganso. However, in 2018, the Cebrián family repurchased the 49% stake, regaining full ownership of the company. El Ganso continues to operate as a family-owned business, focusing on offering elegant, casual, and high-quality fashion at an affordable price.
