AllSaints is a British fashion brand headquartered in London, United Kingdom, founded in 1994 by Stuart Trevor and Kait Bolongaro. The brand is well-known for its urban aesthetic, vintage-inspired leather jackets, and contemporary clothing line, which is also distributed through select stores and online platforms in Italy. In addition to apparel, AllSaints has expanded into luxury fragrances and accessories. The brand is ultimately owned by Lion Capital LLP, a private equity firm based in the United Kingdom that acquired a majority stake in AllSaints in 2016 through its portfolio company Lion Capital.
