Elite Chocolate Parah

Elite Parah (Cow Chocolate) is an iconic Israeli milk chocolate brand produced by the Strauss Group. The brand was originally founded in Israel by Holocaust survivors in 1934 under the Elite company, which later merged with Strauss. Today, Strauss Group is an international Israeli food and beverage company. The chocolate is primarily manufactured in Israel at the Elite confectionery plant in Nof HaGalil.
