Alpro Greek Style Waldfrüchte

Alpro Greek Style Waldfrüchte is a plant-based fermented soy alternative to Greek yogurt, flavored with forest fruits. The cup states 'Hergestellt in Belgien' (Made in Belgium), where Alpro's primary production and development facility in Wevelgem is located.

Alpro was originally founded in 1980 in Belgium as a subsidiary of the Vandemoortele Group, pioneering plant-based dairy alternatives in Europe. In 2009, Vandemoortele sold Alpro to the American food corporation Dean Foods (which later spun off its plant-based and organic operations into WhiteWave Foods).

In 2017, the French multinational food-products corporation Danone S.A. acquired WhiteWave Foods for approximately $12.5 billion, integrating Alpro into its global portfolio of essential dairy and plant-based products.
