The brand is owned and operated by Baxters Food Group Limited, an independent, family-owned international food producer headquartered in Edinburgh, Scotland. The group remains privately held by the Baxter family, with Audrey Baxter serving as Executive Chairman.

Manufacturing and Sourcing

Baxters continues to manufacture a significant portion of its condiments, soups, and relishes at its long-standing production facilities in Fochabers, Scotland, as well as at other dedicated food production sites across the United Kingdom.
