Hesburger is a popular fast food chain originating from Finland. Founded in 1966 by Heikki Salmela as a street food kiosk (Kievari) in Naantali, the first actual Hesburger restaurant opened in Turku in 1980.

Today, Hesburger is the largest hamburger chain in Finland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, with additional locations across Europe. The brand remains family-owned by Burger-In Oy, which is headquartered in Turku, Finland.

Food items served at Hesburger restaurants are prepared locally using ingredients sourced both locally in the operating countries and centrally within Europe.
