Over the decades, Kinetix has expanded its product catalog beyond sneakers to encompass training gear, lifestyle apparel, bags, and sports accessories. The manufacturing of Kinetix products is primarily carried out in Turkey, particularly through FLO's domestic shoe manufacturing facilities in Urfa and partner factories, while select product lines and components are also manufactured overseas in East Asia.

The ultimate owner of Kinetix is FLO Mağazacılık (FLO Retailing), headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey. FLO stands as one of the largest shoe retailers and brand managers in Turkey and the broader regional market. Note that while 'Kinetix' is also used by unrelated international entities in other sectors (such as 3D animation software or sports equipment elsewhere), the footwear and lifestyle label sold extensively throughout Turkey belongs entirely to the Turkish retail group FLO.
