Konami Silent Hill 2 Remake

Silent Hill 2 is an acclaimed psychological survival horror video game remake developed by the Polish studio Bloober Team in partnership with the original publisher, Konami. The project revitalises the seminal 2001 classic originally created by Konami's internal Team Silent group in Japan.

While the original intellectual property and brand originate from Japan with Konami, the development of the 2024 remake was primarily carried out in Poland by Bloober Team. Physical media discs and packaging for the United Kingdom and wider European market are typically manufactured across multiple facilities in Europe, including Austria and other specialised disc-pressing hubs.

Konami Group Corporation, headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, remains the ultimate owner and global publisher of the Silent Hill franchise. Local distribution and publishing operations within the United Kingdom and Europe are managed via Konami Digital Entertainment B.V., ensuring the iconic horror series reaches audiences worldwide across modern platforms.
